A Classic Brunch That Tastes Better Than It Looks 🍳✨

Zinc is one of those places I always pass by and think "I should try it!" but somehow always forget... 😅 On the first Sunday of daylight saving time, I finally remembered and brought my dog along! 🐶💕 The menu looked a bit plain at first—just simple ingredient listings (very American style 🧾). Even after checking Yelp, nothing really stood out visually. So I ended up ordering based on intuition—dishes that seemed like safe bets. And then… surprise! 🎉 The combination of ingredients showed real thought and care. The omelette was unexpectedly amazing—I usually don’t like mushrooms, but this one blew me away! No meat at all, yet so flavorful thanks to the seasoning. The asparagus was fresh and tender 🌱, and the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes didn’t overpower the dish at all. No wonder this place has been around for so long!
