A Creative Japanese Dining Experience in an Tampa!

✨My friends and I visited this restaurant today, recommended by several locals. The sushi spot is tucked away in an old brick building in downtown Tampa. 🍃 We ordered the chef’s recommended platter, and the presentation was truly like artwork: salmon belly and tuna, beautifully arranged. 💟Special mention goes to the vegetable salad—purple cabbage and kale tossed in yuzu vinegar, refreshing and palate-cleansing.🔅 The sushi rice was perfectly tempered, and the wasabi was freshly grated. The server softly explained how to enjoy each dish, such as suggesting we start with white fish before moving on to richer, oilier cuts.🌹 📷Upstairs, there’s a hidden sake bar with wooden shelves displaying hundreds of sake labels. 📍Samurai Blue Sushi & Sake Bar #TampaCreativeJapaneseCuisine #IndustrialStyleSushi #SakeCulture
