A day trip to Lancaster 🚶♂️✨
Arrived at 12 PM—such a slow-paced, cozy little town! Had a quick Chinese meal at Chinese Express. Ordered randomly, but surprisingly it was delicious, super affordable, and the portions were huge! The fried rice especially tasted just like what you’d get back in China 😋🍚 Then strolled around the market. Really wanted to try some desserts but was too full already…😅 Later went to Amish. Thought it’d be a big attraction, but turned out to be a pretty small photo spot. I only bought the $14 entrance ticket. They also offer bus tours and animal interactions—maybe those areas are bigger? Also listened to a pretty lengthy history intro (hello English listening comprehension practice 😂). Came back and tried a Nepalese restaurant for dinner. Great service and tasty food! Prices were reasonable too, around $10–20 per person. By the end, we had pretty much covered the whole downtown area. Grabbed a takeaway meal and headed back around 8 PM. All in all, it’s a nice place for a short trip or a day visit from nearby. Probably not specially worth traveling far for, but perfect for a relaxed city walk 🏙️👌 Totally went with the flow without a plan—and it felt great discovering little surprises along the way! 🎉 #StudyAbroad #TravelUSA #LancasterPA #Pennsylvania #SummerTrip
