A Delicious Bologna Restaurant: Il Mulino Bruciato
✅Having been in Bologna for almost a year, I’ve gradually grown accustomed to many aspects of life here—including Italy’s slow pace, frequent strikes, and Mediterranean climate. 💫This restaurant is located in the suburbs and is a bit hard to find. When we entered, it was packed—apparently, you usually need to make a reservation in advance, or you won’t get a table. 📷As expected, the place was filled with locals enjoying their food and chatting in Italian. 🍃I have to say—the pasta was cooked perfectly. The noodles were firm and springy, coated in a rich tomato sauce that was fragrant with every bite. The sauce had a subtle hint of garlic and fresh herbs—flavorful but not heavy. 🥙As for the grilled meat platter—it was truly memorable. Each piece of meat was charred on the outside yet tender inside, with a slight smoky aroma. ⭐The steak was juicy and tender, bursting with flavor with every bite; the grilled ribs were aromatic and fell-off-the-bone tender; there were also grilled chicken and lamb skewers, savory and intense—I couldn’t stop eating! #ItalianRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #Bologna
