A Great Date Spot at Pike Place | IL Bistro
Tucked away in Pike Place is a "haunted house" 👻—just kidding! 🤣 Although it does take a moment for your eyes to adjust when you first step inside, as the lighting is quite dim. From the outside, it also looks like a quiet nightclub 🪩. ✨But overall, it’s perfect for a date. The dim lighting, flickering candlelight, and guests enjoying drinks create just the right atmosphere. At one point, I even felt like I was dining in the setting of Sleep No More. 🥰The pasta was unexpectedly delicious—way better than the hyped-up place next door (though I’ve always found that one overrated). The clam and sausage pasta was a standout: the clams were incredibly fresh, and the sausage was flavorful. It was paired with handmade linguine and a subtle white wine sauce, not too heavy on oil or salt. I loved it! 🩷My crush ordered the rigatoni with classic tomato meat sauce. He really enjoyed it, but I thought it was just okay—though that might be because I’m not a fan of tomato-based sauces 🍅. 📍 IL Bistro 93 Pike St A, Seattle, WA 98101 #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleLife #Food #Crush#travel guide#Seattle travel
