A Hidden Gem Pizza Shop in Florence

A Super Niche Pizza Shop in a Residential Area! Super, super, super delicious. It has a completely transparent kitchen. They make pasta at noon and pizza🍕 at night. Since we went there in the evening, we got to enjoy the pizza. The pizza chef is from Pakistan🇵🇰. He is extremely enthusiastic. Not only did he welcome us to watch and film the process of making pizza, but he also introduced it to us, which was super cool.🍕🍕🍕 🥖**Pre-Meal**: Bread 🥖 (The pre-meal bread in Italian cuisine is, as always, delicious), oyster🦪 with foie gras rolls, and 🍒-shaped cream-like pastries. 🍽️**Main Course**: Sliced duck breast (incredibly tasty, completely changed my view of 🦆), cod with caviar, and Wagyu steak🥩 (both very tender and flavorful 😭). Writing this makes me hungry again... Also, there was white truffle pasta🍝 with local mushrooms (originally black truffle, with an extra 30🔪 for white truffle). 🍰**Dessert**: I chose matcha cake, chocolate fig cake, and a dessert tower (which included macarons, cream puffs, and chocolate sticks). I thought the desserts were pretty average! However, the main course was truly amazing. It's the best meal I've had in TRT so far.
