A Wonderful Stay with One Minor Caveat - This Hotel is a True Gem! β¨π¨ I recently stayed at this hotel and it was exactly what I needed - with just one small issue that potential guests should be aware of. The Excellent Service: A huge shoutout to Tristan at the front desk! His warm, sunny demeanor at both check-in and checkout made all the difference. Knowing I preferred a quiet location, he went above and beyond to place me in a second-floor corner room. It's this level of personalized, friendly service that truly inspires loyalty and repeat business. π Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was spotless - and cleanliness is everything to me! No strange odors, clean floors, hair-free surfaces, a sparkling bathroom, and fresh bedding with that lovely white bedspread (so much better than the "pukey mush of colors" some hotels have!). The furniture even had a nice shine to it. This attention to cleanliness is a major reason I'll definitely return. π§Ήβ¨ Perfect Location: Situated in a fantastic area with easy access to: Multiple grocery stores (Pavilions, Ralph's, Whole Foods) within walking distance π Target, CVS, Sherman Oaks Galleria, and Encino Commons all within 10 minutes Easy 30-minute drive to Hollywood, Burbank, Studio City, and Universal via Ventura Road or the nearby freeway π The Only Drawback: My neighbors were quite loud on weekend nights, returning around 1 AM and slamming doors so forcefully it felt like an earthquake! While this isn't entirely the hotel's fault (and I should have complained), light sleepers might want to request rooms away from potential party-goers. π Additional Notes: Adorable retro decor that's cheerful and stylish π¨ Clean, pleasant breakfast area (though I didn't partake) Reasonable pricing for the quality and location π° Despite the noisy neighbors, this hotel delivers where it counts: exceptional staff, outstanding cleanliness, and a prime location.
