A hidden new-style omakase sushi bar in Dallas! Part 1

I’ve been meaning to recommend this place for so long~The sushi bar in DT really impressed me! If you’re used to traditional flavors and want to try something new, you definitely shouldn’t miss this place! The latest appointment on Fridays and Saturdays can be as late as 9:30. I was just looking for a later time and stumbled upon this gem! 📍Unlike traditional sushi that preserves the original taste of the ingredients, this place offers particularly rich flavors and layers. The seasoning is perfectly tailored to my taste🥰Just like their innovative and creative storefront. The entrance is quite ordinary, but once you step inside, you’re greeted with a dimly lit industrial vibe. When it’s time, you’ll be led to an underground room (it feels a bit like an escape room). 🐟The ingredients are top-notch. The sea urchin left a deep impression on me—I haven’t had such sweet ones in a long time! They’re much better than those at Shoyo. There was also one with a strong smoky flavor that was so delicious I ordered it again. The additional caviar and truffle nigiri added even more depth to the flavors. Some of them even had a taste reminiscent of Chinese cuisine. Every bite made me eagerly anticipate the next piece of sushi. #FoodExplorer #DallasCuisine
