✨When I walked into Barsecco in the evening, the string lights on the patio had just lit up in the dusk. The server, Dale, came over with a handwritten menu. 🔅When he heard it was my birthday, he quietly placed a sunflower on the corner of the table—how lucky I felt! 🌈We started with Spanish chorizo and fried artichokes. The chorizo's rich oils seeped into the crispy bread slices, making it a perfect pairing with sparkling wine. The main course, a bacon and egg burger, was heartier than expected. The runny yolk soaked into the toasted brioche bun, and the fries carried a hint of rosemary aroma. 🌿⭐When Dale brought over the recommended chocolate lava cake, the friends at the next table even joined in singing "Happy Birthday."
