Mural Room 🦴 Bone Marrow It’s been a while since I had bone marrow, and I was curious how they’d prepare it here. The portion was tiny—just a thin layer—gone before I could even savor it 😔. The flavor was good, but the bread was a bit too hard, maybe to contrast with the marrow’s texture. 🥩 Bison Osso Bucco – Braised Bison Shank Highlight! Highlight! 🎉🍖 A meat lover’s dream—tender, flavorful, served with veggies and garlic. Definitely the best bison dish I’ve had in days! 🍝 Elk Bolognese (Can never tell pasta types apart 🍝) Tried elk again—been casually eating game meat every meal 🦌. Still can’t distinguish it from pork though. The pasta was decent, nothing extraordinary. 🥝 Kiwi Sorbet For dessert, I usually go for something icy. I was tempted by the kiwi but ended up getting ice cream. Tried a bite of my friend’s—so refreshing and delicious! 🥝✨🥹 August 16 – Our last fine dining experience here. The huge windows really elevated the atmosphere 🖼️, making dinner feel special and easing all our fatigue.
