Mural Room 𦓠Bone Marrow Itās been a while since I had bone marrow, and I was curious how theyād prepare it here. The portion was tinyājust a thin layerāgone before I could even savor it š. The flavor was good, but the bread was a bit too hard, maybe to contrast with the marrowās texture. š„© Bison Osso Bucco ā Braised Bison Shank Highlight! Highlight! šš A meat loverās dreamātender, flavorful, served with veggies and garlic. Definitely the best bison dish Iāve had in days! š Elk Bolognese (Can never tell pasta types apart š) Tried elk againābeen casually eating game meat every meal š¦. Still canāt distinguish it from pork though. The pasta was decent, nothing extraordinary. š„ Kiwi Sorbet For dessert, I usually go for something icy. I was tempted by the kiwi but ended up getting ice cream. Tried a bite of my friendāsāso refreshing and delicious! š„āØš„¹ August 16 ā Our last fine dining experience here. The huge windows really elevated the atmosphere š¼ļø, making dinner feel special and easing all our fatigue.
