A Must-Try at Luxembourg Garden! French Sweets Save the World 🌟
It wasn't a planned visit; we just happened to pass by. The store, Bread & Rose Paris, is right at the entrance of the Luxembourg Garden (62 Rue Madame, 75006 Paris). It’s a place where romance seems to be in the DNA of the French. 🌹 They offer sourdough, European-style bread, sandwiches, and, of course, French pastries. We went in blind and tried a bit of everything—none of it disappointed! 🥪 The first bite of the cheesecake (pictured in the third photo) was incredibly surprising. It’s not overly sweet or greasy at all. The biscuit base perfectly balances the slight tanginess of the cheesecake, creating a delightful harmony of flavors! 🍰 The lemon tart is quite tangy, which is a delight for those who love sour flavors. It’s incredibly refreshing, just like the cheesecake. The interplay of sweet and sour is a never-ending source of joy! 🍋 We also got a brioche (original flavor) and a scone (lightly salted with raisins). The brioche is not overly salty and has a nice texture—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The scone is perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt and raisins. 🥯 Sitting inside the shop with a cup of coffee, watching people walk by, feels incredibly Parisian and relaxing. Or, you can take your cake to the garden, sit under the shade by the fountain, and enjoy it while daydreaming. (Their desserts also look amazing in photos!) 🌳 When you open the packaging and take that first unexpected bite, the moment your taste buds are wowed... Ah, life is beautiful! 🌟 #France #Cheesecake #FrenchCuisine #FrenchTravel
