Eclair French Pastry Address: 7948 S 1300 E, Sandy, UT 84094 Finding desserts in the U.S. that aren’t overly sweet is so hard! But this place is NOT sweet! NOT sweet! NOT sweet! 🎉 If American sweets are a 10/10 on the sweetness scale, their eclairs are only a 6! 🙌 Right next to my go-to Sunset Coffee and Vasa Gym—perfect for a treat after (or before?) a workout! 💪😄 Just discovered this gem today! The staff here are super friendly, and the lady at the counter was lovely! 🥰 I blindly ordered an eclair ($5.50), and when I took a bite, the filling flowed out—just the right amount of sweetness, not cloying at all! 🍫✨ I immediately bought a few more to take home! Besides their signature eclairs, they also have beautiful French pastries, pies 🥧, croissants, round bite-sized cream puffs, and a variety of regular coffee ☕ plus Turkish coffee! ☕🌍 The place isn’t crowded, the vibe is fresh and cozy, and the coffee is great too.
