The Hyatt Centric in downtown Boston was the final stop of our Maine tour before returning to Massachusetts—and we’re so glad we chose to end our trip with a touch of downtown luxury! 🌟 Exceptional Personal Touch Philip Johnson and his team stayed in close communication with us both before and during our stay. To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, they surprised us with Boston cream pies, fresh fruit, champagne, and flutes. It’s thoughtful gestures like these that turn a great stay into an unforgettable one! 🦞 Kind Offer We Couldn’t Fully Enjoy At check-in, we also received four tokens for seafood chowder at the hotel restaurant. But after indulging in lobster festivals and local feasts, we were simply “food exhausted”—otherwise, we would have gladly enjoyed them! The gesture was deeply appreciated all the same. 💪 Clean & Well-Equipped Fitness Center The fitness center offered plenty of equipment and was impeccably clean—perfect for staying active even while traveling. 🛌 Spacious Room with a View Our room was fantastic. While some reviews mentioned the glass barn door (which might be less ideal if kids are on a pull-out couch in the same room), it was absolutely fine for a couple sharing one room. The view from the 20th floor was spectacular—thank you again for the upgrade! 📍 Ideal Downtown Location The hotel’s location couldn’t be better: close to the start of the Freedom Trail, Chinatown, and the Theater District—making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city’s top attractions on foot. 🙏 A Memorable Finale Thank you for helping wrap up our 9-day journey with such warmth, elegance, and personalized care.
