🌴 A Perfect Morning in Long Beach, CA 🚗💨

May 10, 2024 (PST) – Our day began at Motel 6 near LAX, and by 9:48 AM, we were already soaking up the coastal charm of Long Beach! Here’s how our adventure unfolded: 🏖️ Beach-Hopping & Pup Paradise 1️⃣ First Stop: Lagoon Views 🏞️ Free parking near a serene lagoon → short walk to a second lagoon (swimming + paddleboard rentals!). 2️⃣ Long Beach ≠ Santa Monica Wider, longer, and less crowded—true to its name! Dog Beach 🐕 – Dozens of pups splashing in the Pacific (peak cuteness!). 🏡 Quaint Neighborhood Stroll Tree-lined streets with charming houses (so peaceful!). Friendly locals: A sweet grandma with her dog: "Hello!" → "Your dog is adorable!" → "Thank you!" 🐶💕 Three elders sipping tea on a porch: "Is this your house? It’s beautiful!" → "Thank you—we love it too!" ☕🏠 🍽️ Lunch with a View Packed café (bar seating only!) – Devoured a house-made veggie sandwich 🥑🍅 + potato salad. So fresh! 🚗 Scenic Drive Along Ocean Blvd Passed the Aquarium of the Pacific, Queen Mary, and Rainbow Harbor’s skyline.
