A Pleasant Meal at ADDISON

Today I’d like to share a wonderful restaurant—ADDISON. Created by chef William Bradley, this three-Michelin-starred spot truly lives up to its reputation as “delicious and beautiful dining”! Walking into the restaurant, the ambiance immediately catches your eye. It’s located in a classic American-style mansion, elegant and spacious, making the dining experience especially comfortable 🏡✨. As for the food, most dishes were excellent. I’d particularly recommend their caviar risotto—it’s the best-prepared caviar I’ve had so far! The texture is delicate, with rich layers of flavor, truly impressive 😋. Apart from the miso soup and seabass, which were just okay, everything else was delicious. A small tip though: if there’s an option to add truffle, I’d suggest skipping it. Their truffle is quite mild, and I personally prefer a stronger aroma—so you can save that money 💭. Overall, ADDISON truly deserves its reputation and is worth a special visit. Great food, lovely environment—I’m already planning to return!
