A Popular Italian Restaurant in Downtown Cincinnati

Sotto, located in Cincinnati's downtown, has a rather unassuming entrance—it's actually in a basement—yet it's currently one of the hottest dining spots in town. It’s near the P&G headquarters. On weekdays, the area used to be bustling, but weekends were quieter as there tended to be more unhoused individuals around. I hadn’t been here in years, but this visit was a friend’s recommendation—and what an amazing experience! We ordered so many dishes, and every single one was delicious—authentic Italian flavors through and through. One standout was an eggplant dish that looked… well, not that impressive, but tasted absolutely incredible! 🍆✨ We also paired our meal with a bottle of Italian white wine—perfection! 🍷 To wrap up, the restaurant even treated us to their signature dessert: Ricotta donuts.
