Cincinnati | Malaysian Restaurant Sago

🌟 Cincinnati | Malaysian Restaurant Sago When I found this place on Google, I was absolutely thrilled and immediately gathered my friends for a visit! 🦆✨ We made a reservation in advance, but on a weekday evening, the dining area was pretty quiet—most of the action seemed to be from takeout orders. We ordered a whole roasted duck for the four of us, and I’d give it a solid 8/10! 🦆🔥 The skin was crispy, the meat was tender and flavorful, and it carried that aromatic smokiness you’d expect from a well-roasted duck. It wasn’t quite perfect—maybe a touch more seasoning would’ve made it a 10—but still seriously satisfying. We also tried some of their rice and noodle dishes à la carte, and they didn’t disappoint! The flavors were rich, the noodles springy, and the portions generous. For anyone living in or visiting Cincinnati who’s craving Southeast Asian flavors, this spot is definitely worth a try. Honest opinion? The food here is about 90% as good as what I’ve enjoyed at hawker centers in Singapore. That’s saying a lot! 👏🍜 If you’re into Malaysian or Singaporean cuisine—or just want to break away from the usual—Sago should be on your list. Bring a group, share a few dishes, and enjoy those spice-forward, coconut-infused, wok-hei-kissed flavors! #CincinnatiEats #MalaysianFood #SagoEats #FoodieReview #AsianCuisine #HawkerStyle #CincinnatiFoodScene #DuckLover #NoodleHeaven #TrySomethingNew #FoodAdventure
