A Portuguese Family Feast on Coral Way
✨Stepping into Old Lisbon Restaurant feels like an instant journey to a traditional Lisbon eatery—blue and white tiled walls, handcrafted pottery, and warm yellow lighting create a cozy and rustic Iberian atmosphere. 🥩Even without a reservation, our group of nine was warmly greeted and seated immediately. 🍺The chef specially recommended the daily special: seafood stew (Cataplana) served in a copper pot, with clams, mussels, shrimp, and Portuguese sausage simmering in a tomato-white wine broth, offering an irresistible aroma. 🍦The flavorful shrimp, paired with sauce and fragrant rice, was an absolute delight. As a full-blooded Portuguese, I am very particular about my hometown cuisine but I must admit—the flavors here rival those of classic Lisbon restaurants! 💛Special praise goes to the seafood rice (Arroz de Marisco) for two—it was easily enough to feed four people. 🧀 The saffron rice, soaked in rich lobster broth and loaded with crab, squid, and mussels, delivered an explosive taste of the Atlantic in every spoonful. #MiamiEats #PortugueseCuisine #FamilyRestaurant
