A Pub Experience Full of Contrasts

The Congress Tavern 🍺The experience at this pub can be described as full of contrasts. When we first entered, the bar area was almost empty, and after serving our drinks, the staff seemed to temporarily forget about us. 🍺However, once the server realized the oversight, he made considerable efforts to make up for the initial neglect. 🍋His attitude was friendly and considerate, and the follow-up service was well-paced—neither intrusive nor inattentive. 🍋The food was truly satisfying: the Chicken Parmesan was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with tomato sauce and melted cheese in perfect harmony. ✨The fish and chips featured a thin, crispy batter and snow-white, tender fish, while the thick-cut chips sprinkled with sea salt were exceptionally flavorful.
