It’s that time of the year again… time for a photo dump! 📸😂 📍 Kinjiro, Los Angeles Hands down, the best uni I’ve ever had! 🎉 We’ll definitely be making this cozy izakaya a regular stop every time we’re in LA. Here’s how they serve uni in multiple stunning ways: 🍚 Uni Rice Bowl The sea urchin portion was as big as two fists! So creamy, fragrant, and luxurious. 🔥 Grilled Uni with Nori Large, delicate slices of uni wrapped in crispy seaweed — soft inside, crisp outside. 🥗 Uni Salad One spoonful delivers an explosion of textures: uni + ikura (salmon roe) + shrimp, all wrapped in that signature uni aroma. 🐂 Beef Tongue Not usually a beef tongue fan, but gave it a shot — it’s good (for tongue!), though still not my personal favorite 😄 🍱 Wagyu Donburi Absolutely incredible! Mix in the onsen egg and let it coat the rice — pure comfort in a bowl. 🍮 Dessert Also lovely — a sweet, gentle finish. Yes, this was a cholesterol-packed meal… but totally worth the indulgence every once in a while! 😉 And for LA?
