A small town that intoxicates me with its artistic atmosphere.
After a long delay due to procrastination, I'm finally back to share more Italian food guides. Florence is truly a unique and charming town, completely enveloped in the atmosphere of the Renaissance.❤️❤️❤️ Restaurants 🍴: - Osteria Vecchio Vicolo The seafood pasta here is highly recommended and indeed delicious. You can't go wrong with it. This was a casual spot we found after leaving our hotel in the city center, perfect for a quick bite. The freshly baked focaccia, still warm and steaming, topped with salami and cheese was absolutely delightful, especially on a cold winter day.😍😍😍 - Cacio e Pepe Pasta This is a local recommendation. Cacio e pepe is a type of pasta that tastes somewhat like carbonara but with cheese and a lot of pepper. Perhaps our taste buds differ from the locals, but we found it a bit too peppery. The steak here was also a bit crumbly, which didn't quite meet our expectations.🖼️🖼️🖼️ - Focaccia Shop This place is highly recommended for its pistachio cream focaccia. It's incredibly aromatic and delicious! - World's 101 Best Steak This is a famous steak restaurant that even a local Italian friend took us to, but honestly, we didn't find it particularly special. - Trippa (Tripe) Sandwich This is a century-old shop known for its tripe sandwiches. It's incredibly delicious and a great way to satisfy your Asian palate. Cafés ☕️: - Local-Recommended Café 🤖🤖🤖 This was a coffee shop recommended by a local Italian shop owner. The coffee here was quite bitter and very aromatic, which is unusual for Italian coffee, as I generally find it to be on the lighter side. - Affogato On the last day, we rushed to try the affogato. It was beautifully presented and very tasty. This might be the only café in the area that serves it this way. Interestingly, a similar coffee shop opened in Shanghai a couple of months ago, but it still couldn't compare to the original in Florence. Gelato 🍦: - Too Sweet The gelato here was a bit too sweet for my taste. - Tiramisu Shop Highly recommended! The tiramisu was absolutely delicious! - Last-Minute Purchase On the last day, before rushing to catch our train, we bought some tiramisu to take on the train. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations and was too sweet. #ItalianFood #Italy #Florence #ItalyTravel #ItalyTrip #Gelato
