I usually head to Sawtelle or Torrance for yakitori, but recently discovered this izakaya in Little Tokyo—and it's really good! Not just the skewers, but other dishes were tasty too. // Izakaya BIZAN // 📍 333 S Alameda St #314, Los Angeles, CA 90013 (Inside Little Tokyo Galleria, 3rd floor) Yakitori – Tried quite a few skewers; no disappointments! Everything was fresh. The liver was especially good—no off flavors, creamy texture, cooked just how I like it. Sweet Shrimp Sashimi – High quality! Sweet, fresh, and pleasantly chewy. Mentai Udon – So delicious! Rich, savory mentai sauce with smooth, chewy udon noodles. Tofu & Mushroom Salad – Fresh ingredients, well-seasoned and satisfying.
