A Steakhouse 🥩 Where Connoisseurs Nod in Approval
The cows would run the other way. A Italian dry-aged steakhouse near London's Chinatown. I've always wanted to try it out after seeing the meat displayed in the window, and upon searching, I found out it's quite famous. The restaurant features large and small cabinets of beef, all from Fassona cattle in the Piedmont region of Italy, aged for 6-14 weeks. The menu is designed like a newspaper, which is quite cute 📰 🧈 Beef Butter with Dry Bread It's quite fragrant, but where's my beef butter candle? I've seen others post about beef butter candles, but mine was just sliced and placed on top, sad🥲 🐮 Beef & Bone (Bone marrow) Chargrilled beef bone marrow with raw beef and pomegranate, served with dry bread. Worth ordering, the combination is quite fragrant, the raw beef is very fresh, tender, and has a springy texture, while the pomegranate cuts the richness. The quality of the beef is very good, so no worries about stomach issues. 🍞 Focaccia and Parma Ham Focaccia bread (filled with Stracchino cheese) with Parma ham. Delicious, a bit cheesy. 🥩 T-bone The signature T-bone steak, starting at 700g, which is enough for two people. Recommended to be medium rare, very fragrant and tender. The only minor downside is a slight tanginess. There are several branches in London, with a cost of around £140 for two people. A great place for dates, friend dinners, and business lunches. #London #LondonLife #Steak #RestaurantRecommendation #DateNightRestaurant #LondonExplore
