A Surprise Birthday Celebration at a Japanese Restaurant in Fullerton

This year for my birthday, my friends and I chose Crazy Rock‘n Sushi in Fullerton — and it was absolutely fantastic! They gave us the ice cream platter in P4 + a cute birthday hat for photos 🥳 The staff even played birthday music and sang along — felt like the Japanese version of Hai Di Lao (hot pot chain known for birthday celebrations) 😄 The food was also amazing — super creative with dishes I haven’t seen elsewhere. My top 3 favorites: 🍚 Uni Don (Sea Urchin Rice Bowl) — comes with seaweed to wrap it up. So delicious rolled together! 🍤 Truffle Unagi — first time trying truffle-seasoned fried eel — unexpectedly tasty, crispy outside and tender inside. 🦀 Snow Crab Baguette — super creative!
