The menu includes iconic **Vietnamese dishes with a twist**, including Gui Cuon rolls of the day, Ahn Nhau bites, a Goi Salad, and filet mignon pho with a broth that’s been simmering for 24 hours. The Banh Xeo bar allows guests to fill a savory turmeric crepe with their choice of jirdori chicken and prawn or escargo and wagyu. Mama’s Mood of the Day is also on the menu, which will be a different dish every day for guests to try. Elizabeth An, co-owner of the restaurant, tells *Secret Los Angeles* that **the establishment’s lease is ending in the next year** and they’ve begun scouting for new locations around L.A.
