About My Dinners in New York Over the Past Week đ
West New Malaysia đđ¸ In Chinatown. Quite a popular little place with a short queue. The taste is decent in my opinion, mainly because the price is quite affordable and suitable for a casual meal. Average cost per person: $30đĒ By the way, for Malaysian chicken skewers, I recommend trying the satay ayam at WAU on the Upper West Side. It's really delicious, but it's more than twice as expensive as West New Malaysia. đđ¸ Lunar A restaurant run by Liu Zi. The Spicy Chicken is recommended; it's not crispy from frying, but tender and succulent. The Crab Roe Corn and Fried Tangyuan are not recommended. The Sour Fish is of regular pre-made dish quality. Overall, it's not as good as the Pangolin restaurant. đđ¸ We Noodle Jiangxi Rice Noodles Delicious. Cheap, but the seating is quite limited. For those who can handle spicy food, I highly recommend the Nanchang Mixed Rice Noodles. The beef is particularly tender and super tasty. $15đĒ Tengri Tagh Uyghur Cuisine The Dingding Fried Noodles are rumored to be super fragrant. I think they're just okay. đđ¸ As a small restaurant, the prices aren't very cheap, but they're not expensive either, around twenty bucks. Good for a weekday meal to change up your taste buds. #NewYorkLife #NewYork đđ
