From plump prawns and tender scallops to perfectly cooked squid, every dish was a celebration of taste and texture. My personal favorite was the Seafood Casserole—a rich, aromatic, and generously filled hotpot that warmed both the heart and the palate. 🍲💙 To complement the meal, we enjoyed a lovely Italian wine 🍷 that created a beautiful contrast with the delicate yet bold flavors of the seafood—an unexpected but brilliant pairing!
