The Westin is grand, vibrant, and beautifully designed—but what truly sets it apart is its staff, facilities, heartfelt hospitality, and five-star maintenance. 👥 Exceptional Service Every team member was warm, professional, and efficient—a rare combination these days. Yet the Westin staff maintained this standard all weekend long, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant. It was an absolute delight! 💪 Top-Notch Facilities Fitness Center: One of the most beautiful and well-maintained gyms I’ve encountered while traveling. Pool & Hot Tub: A fantastic pool area, with the hot tub being the perfect bonus. Dining: The buffet breakfast at Sauciety was delicious, and the lobby lounge was lively on Saturday night—yet our spacious, modern room remained surprisingly quiet. 🧼 Impeccable Maintenance Let’s be honest—since the pandemic, even major brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton have cut corners. Nationwide, too many former four-star hotels are showing decline: worn carpets, scuffed walls, messy pools and gyms, rusty lockers, peeling paint, and grime building up in hard-to-reach areas like elevator corners or escalator tracks. But not at the Westin Seaport. The hallways, elevators, lobby common areas, gym, and pool were spotless. Management has clearly committed to ongoing maintenance—and it shows in every detail of the guest experience. ✅ The Verdict A truly outstanding stay, backed by consistent quality and genuine care.
