Absolutely Top-Tier Hotel! šŸØ

Many of Boston's top hotels are in the Seaport, and this weekend stay proved that The Westin can easily compete with any of them. The Westin is grand, vibrant, and beautiful—but what truly sets it apart is the staff, the amenities, the hospitality, and the five-star maintenance. Every employee was warm, friendly, and professional—a rare trifecta these days. Yet the Westin staff maintained this all weekend long—from front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Truly a delight. 😊 The gym was one of the nicest and best-maintained I’ve seen while traveling. The pool was great, and the hot tub was a perfect bonus. šŸ‹ļøā€ā™‚ļøšŸ’¦ The buffet breakfast at Sauciety was delicious, and the lobby lounge was buzzing on Saturday night—yet our spacious, modern room was remarkably quiet. A special shout-out to the hotel’s management and maintenance team. As we all know, even major brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton have cut back post-pandemic. It shows: nationwide, too many former four-star hotels are declining—worn carpets, scuffed or dented walls, messy pools and gyms, rusty lockers, peeling paint, and grime building up in hard-to-reach areas like elevator corners or escalator tracks. It’s happening here, too. But at the Westin Seaport—the halls, elevators, lobby common areas, gym, and pool were spotless. Management has chosen to keep up with maintenance—and your guest experience is all the better for it! šŸ™ŒšŸ› ļø #HotelReview #BostonSeaport #WestinExperience #LuxuryTravel #HotelMaintenance #FiveStarService #GymLife #PoolTime #BusinessTravel #WeekendGetaway #MarriottBonvoy
