✔️ Miyabi Oysters Oysters topped with a generous amount of caviar and large pieces of sea urchin. The sensation of the caviar bursting in your mouth with each bite is incredibly satisfying. The ponzu jelly and seasoning at the bottom are also very refreshing. Perfect for the recent high temperatures in LA 🥵. ✔️ American Wagyu Beef Tataki I feel this dish is optional. Although the seasoning is quite good, the texture of the meat is a bit dry and tough. ✔️ Miyabi Kaisen Just looking at the picture of this seafood donburi makes it seem very satisfying. The sashimi pieces are large and very fresh 🐟. However, the rice itself doesn't have much seasoning. Next time, I want to try their sea urchin rice 🤤. ✔️ Creamy Pasta Highly recommend this dish! It also contains cooked sea urchin meat. The sauce is extremely rich, but it can be a bit towards the end.
