Day 1 Canberra βοΈ Adelaide Landed at 10:30, dropped our luggage, and headed straight to Hahndorf (German Village) π‘ β just 30 mins by car from the city! Lots of cute little shops along the main street β we spent the whole afternoon strolling around. Since we arrived in the afternoon, we skipped the farm π, but heard thereβs strawberry picking in summer! π Day 2 π Adelaide Zoo (book tickets online in advance ποΈ) β 20 mins walk from the city. I forgot my student card π , but a photo of it worked too! Went straight to the Panda Pavilion to see Wang Wang and Fu Ni πΌ β theyβre returning to China in November π’ The pandas are SO. CUTE. π Note: They go back to sleep between 2:30β3:30 PM β donβt miss them! Right next to them are the red pandas β though we only saw one sleeping high in a tree π³π΄ The panda souvenir shop nearby is also super fun to browse! ποΈ π State Library / Art Gallery / Adelaide University / Adelaide Museum (closed last minute π€) The State Library is gorgeous π β looks like a perfect place to read. The Art Gallery offers two free guided tours daily β check the timing! πΌοΈπ©βπ¨ Day 3 π Kangaroo Island (joined a tour π) Check my previous Kangaroo Island post for details! π¦ποΈ Day 4 It poured rain π§οΈ, so we went to The Old Croissant Factory π₯β Chilled with drinks and good conversation β very relaxing π¬π Flew back to Canberra in the afternoon π« #Adelaide #Canberra #TravelAdelaide #Australia #AdelaideZoo #AustralianTravel #Hahndorf #FoodAndFunAdelaide #Panda
