I feel like there aren’t many AYCE spots in the Alhambra area, but this one — Eat‘s AYCE Sushi — must be pretty new! The space is huge, with plenty of seating. Perfect for big groups or parties 🎉. The interior is clean and modern, with an open sushi bar so you can see everything happening 👀. I went on a weekday around 5 PM — no wait! But by 6:30 PM, there was already a crowd forming. So come early if you don’t want to wait! 🤩 Weekday Special (excl. holidays) 🍙 Mon–Fri Lunch (before 3 PM): $29.99 🍣 Mon–Thu Dinner (after 3 PM): $36.99 💰 Regular: $39.99 | Premium: $48.99 👧 Kids (39’’–51’’): $19.99 You can mix Regular and Premium orders — my husband and I did one of each. Made the meal even more worth it! 📋 What We Ordered Two full pages of menu options — over 40 types of rolls, plus small plates, salads, udon, and more! 🍣 Highly recommend the 1-piece nigiri — tiny rice base with thick, generous cuts of fish. Even with a small appetite, I could easily eat a dozen! 🔥 The salmon collar was grilled perfectly — crispy outside, tender inside. 🧀 The baked mussels were creamy and rich (a bit heavy for me, so I didn’t overdo it). 🦞 The scallops and lobster rolls were also delicious! The Premium menu includes 2 small plates, 7 types of sashimi (4 pcs each), 4 types of sushi, and 1 hand roll (one order each per person). The sashimi slices are huge — one Premium upgrade is plenty for two people. Even though it’s AYCE, I didn’t want to waste food 🫶. I stuck with 1-pc and 4-pc orders so I could try more variety.
