Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

After visiting Venice countless times, I FINALLY found this restaurant

If it's your first time in Venice, staying on the island is a classic choice. But if you're a budget foodie like me, seriously consider staying in Mestre (just off the island)! 🏨 Hotel Recommendation: The Plaza Hotel (It's right across from the train station—take one stop to the island! ➡️) 4-star standards with an amazing breakfast! 🍳 Now back to the main event: Tonight, following Google Maps, I stumbled upon a legit Italian seafood joint: Hostaria Vite Rossa. (The entrance was packed—don't mistake it for a line! Locals were just hanging out, drinking and chatting 🍷) Inside, there are bar counters on both sides, and the main counter upfront showcases all kinds of ingredients... mostly seafood. Talk about a visual feast! 🦞 Ps. Go around 6 PM to avoid waiting—way fewer people! The three of us started with 2 orders of raw shrimp and 2 oysters as appetizers. Review: Seafood quality was top-notch—fresh AF! 🍤🦪 For starters, we got a fried seafood platter (more than enough to half-fill 3 people! 🤤 The seafood was insanely fresh). For mains: 1 seafood pasta / 1 beef with potatoes & mushrooms / 1 lobster pasta. (All three were fire—generous portions, great flavor! The lobster pasta had half a huge lobster with tender meat... perfecto! 🍝🦞) By this point, we were stuffed... but then came dessert: tiramisu! (Kinda random, but whatever 😂) IT WAS THE BEST TIRAMISU I'VE EVER HAD. Total bill for 3: €111 💰 Conclusion: HIDDEN GEM seafood restaurant—HIGHLY RECOMMEND! #RestaurantReview #HiddenGemHotel #HiddenGemRestaurant #Venice #VeniceTravelGuide #SeafoodPasta #LobsterPasta #Tiramisu 🍰
