You can even choose two flavors in one pizza. Don’t miss their mushroom soup—loaded with mushrooms and honestly the best soup I’ve had in the U.S.! 🍄🤣 Snow City Cafe If you have time for brunch, don’t skip this place! Their Eggs Benedict is absolutely amazing—made with seafood fillings like shrimp, crab, and fish 🍤🦀. So unique and tasty! The oatmeal and fruit yogurt cups are also surprisingly good. 🥣🍓 Jimmy's Sushi Restaurant Despite the name, this is actually an authentic Sichuan restaurant! 🥢 We ate here two days in a row. The stir-fried veggies and sour fish soup were especially incredible—pretty much every dish was a hit. They also serve sushi and sashimi if you’re craving Japanese. 🍣 Fairbanks ❄️ Lemongrass This Thai restaurant is absolutely mind-blowing!! 🌶️ Our whole group couldn’t believe we found such amazing Thai food in Alaska. You can literally order anything off the menu with your eyes closed. The coconut tom yum soup is super flavorful, and mains like Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice are fantastic.
