Albany, the Capital of New York, is Truly Worth Exploring

As the capital of New York State, Albany is nestled between New York City and Boston. ✨New York State Capitol: The interior is dazzlingly luxurious, once hailed as the most extravagant government office building. From Monday to Friday, there are free tours at 10 AM and 12 PM. The guides will take you through all the main rooms in the Capitol, and you can even observe live debates in the legislative chambers! Many of the pillars in the Capitol are intricately designed. ✨The Quirky Egg Building: This is a performance hall, said to be named "The Egg" because of its shape... but it looks more like an alien spaceship to me! 🥰Erastus Corning Tower: On weekdays, you can go to the top for a panoramic view of Albany. Unfortunately, it was closed during the holiday. 🥰Ala Shanghai: A well-reputed Shanghai cuisine restaurant with bustling business. Since my friend was unavailable, I ordered takeout: sweet and sour whole fish, assorted vegetarian dishes, and pork and crab roe soup dumplings. The total came to $54 (including tax). The flavors were decent but nothing extraordinary. #Travel #NYState#Albany#travelguide#Albanyfood#Albanyguide#NewYork#Albanytravel
