Albany in New York City 🗽

Many people might not be very familiar with Albany, New York... Albany is considered the capital of New York State. It is separated by the Hudson River, with Canada 🇨🇦 just on the opposite side. It is also roughly equidistant from New York City and Boston, forming something like an equilateral triangle. The bus journey takes about 2 to 3 hours... As soon as you step out of the airport, you'll see many taxis. I think taking a taxi is convenient, time-saving, and safe. Walking is not recommended. Most people here are Black—not to sound discriminatory, but it's well-known that crime rates among some Black communities are relatively high. So, make sure to travel with companions! 💁🏻‍♀️👭 As for how to rent a car, simply download the Expedia App (which also has a Chinese version). Click on car rentals, search for nearby options, and choose the brand you prefer 🚕. After making a reservation, bring your driver's license and credit card. I opted for a mid-range car, which cost me around $160 in total for one day. 😊 Location: 737 Albany Shaker Rd I also booked my hotel through the Expedia App. I made the reservation a month in advance, so it was a bit cheaper. I stayed at the Tru by Hilton (Hilton Hotel), which is very close to the airport. Early autumn is always so gentle—it retains the warmth of summer during the day and brings a touch of autumn after sunset 🍂. But remember to bring thick coats, as the wind is dry and biting. Stay warm, moisturize, and drink plenty of water! 🌹🌷 Most of the restaurants in the area are purely American-style, with very few Chinese restaurants. The prices are reasonable.
