Alhambra๏ฝA Hidden Gem for Affordable Ramen! ๐๐
Kosuke โ this little Japanese spot is cheap, tasty, and totally worth a visit if you live nearby! ๐ฎ Theyโve been open for about 7 years now โณ โ I used to go all the time when I lived in the area. Even on weekdays, thereโs often a line! ๐ซ๐ฌ The shop is small ๐ , but the quality is consistently good โจ. The tonkotsu broth is rich and savory ๐ท, the ramen noodles are smooth and chewy ๐, and you can choose your preferred spice level ๐ถ๏ธ. The chashu is tender and not greasy at all ๐. Nothing mind-blowing, but solid โ and the broth is homemade, so no nasty surprises! ๐ฃ๐ซ They also serve takoyaki ๐ and taiyaki ๐ โ sure, theyโre probably frozen, not handmade โ๏ธ, but hey โ theyโre cheap! Only $4.95! ๐ฐ ๐ฅ The korokke (croquette) is sweetish ๐ฏ, crispy outside with soft mashed potato inside โ again, feels like frozen, but so affordable! ๐ง ๐ ฟ๏ธ The parking lot is small and poorly lit ๐ โ better to drive a bit farther and park in the bigger lot next door! ๐๐จ Overall, the prices are seriously budget-friendly! ๐ฅณ Have you been to Kosuke?
