Braised Pork with Tiger-Skin Eggs 🥚 — a popular dish in food vlogs! Tender pork, perfectly fried eggs, and green peppers — flavorful but not greasy. Claypot Chicken with Cordyceps 🍗 — a hearty, warming pot with red dates and goji berries. The pepper broth was so comforting! ❤️ Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Mushrooms 🥬 — simple, fresh, and balanced.
