Amazing Cold Skin Noodles& Braised Meat Buns！！

Just tried the new spot in Rockville that everyone’s been talking about—and it did NOT disappoint! 🙌 Here’s my quick review + some photos 🍜 Cold Skin Noodles: Super smooth and satisfyingly chewy—not sticky at all! 👍 It comes with a box of vinegar sauce and another of chili oil so you can mix to your liking. For the sesame version, you get an extra container of sesame paste 🌟 Only downsides? It’s served very cold (might not be for everyone), and unfortunately, there’s no gluten chunks included. 🥙Braised Meat Buns: The meat is a mix of lean and fatty—finely chopped and full of flavor. But the real star is the BUN! 🫓 It’s crispy, flaky, and seriously delicious—reminiscent of a perfectly pan-fried beef pastry.
