Amazing Croissants in Providence

🧀Walking all the way down Benefit Street, with sunlight shining on the surrounding houses and fallen leaves underfoot, you’ll find this coffee shop near the end of the road. 🧀The storefront is a bit dim, but their croissants are exceptionally refined—so much so that I couldn’t help but marvel at them! 🥯 Beautifully shaped, with a crispy exterior and just the right tender, slightly chewy texture inside. Oh, croissants, I praise you! 🥯This little spot called Brown Bee Coffee is truly understated. As soon as you open the door, you’re greeted by the rich aroma of coffee and butter. 🍷The display case is filled with golden, plump croissants—not just plain and chocolate, but also versions filled with pistachio cream or topped generously with almonds! 🍷I tried the chocolate croissant, which had no syrup glaze, making it light and not overly sweet. The slight bitterness of the dark chocolate paired perfectly with the flaky layers, and having it with a latte was pure bliss. #BrownUniversity #Brown #RISD
