📚 Amazing Find in Kansas City: Book Wall Parking Garage + Historic Ba

I stumbled upon photos of Kansas City’s famous "Book Wall Parking Garage" online and knew I had to see it in person! Although I initially went to the wrong branch (the main Kansas City Public Library), I was still amazed by the circular book sculpture at the entrance—made entirely of real books! 📚⭕️ 🧭 Key Tips: ✨ Correct Location of the Book Wall: 🔍 Navigate to Central Library or Community Bookshelf & Library Parking 📍 14 W 10th St, Kansas City, MO 64105 📸 The book wall features 22 classic book spines, including the Tao Te Ching! Spotting this Chinese classic made me instantly proud~🌿 ⚠️ The view might be partially blocked by lush trees in summer, so autumn or winter is better for capturing the full wall! 🏦 Hidden Gem: Historic Bank Vault The lower level of this library was originally the vault of the First National Bank of Kansas! 💵 The vault has now been transformed into a retro-style cinema, occasionally hosting special film screenings. 🎞️ To my surprise, they even screen classic Hong Kong films! 👀 I spotted works starring Jackie Chan, Maggie Cheung, Tony Leung, Chow Yun-fat, and Louis Koo… instantly transporting me back to the golden age of Hong Kong cinema! 🇭🇰 When it comes to "cultural fusion," Hong Kong films were truly ahead of their time~ 🌟 Other Highlights: The library now also serves as a Catholic cultural center Exhibits include a commemorative $50 coin from the First National Bank The architecture itself blends history and art beautifully 📌 If you’re in Kansas City, don’t miss this cultural, historical, and creative treasure! #ExploreUrbanHistory #HiddenGems #ReadingSpots #KansasCity #KC #BookParkingGarage #BankVault #HongKongCinema #CulturalFusion #PublicLibrary
