Amazing Japanese Restaurant Hidden in Costa Mesa šŸ£

Went shopping at South Coast today and couldn’t decide what to eat for lunch—then remembered this Japanese spot I’d been wanting to try forever! It’s right near the mall, and it totally blew me away! So impressive! šŸ˜ What we ordered: šŸ£ Salmon Blue Crab Roll This roll was incredible! Thick, fresh salmon on the outside, stuffed with sweet crab meat inside—explosion of flavors in every bite! You get the richness of salmon and the sweetness of crab all at once—highly recommend! šŸ£ Assorted Sushi We tried so many kinds: Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Madai (Japanese Snapper), and Freshwater Eel. Every piece was super fresh! Especially the Bluefin Tuna—firm texture that melts in your mouth, you can really taste the freshness! The eel sushi was also amazing—perfectly grilled with special sauce, unbeatable flavor! šŸ— Chicken Karaage Classic Japanese fried chicken—super crispy outside, tender and juicy inside! Dipped in sauce, each piece was irresistible—even the kids couldn’t stop eating it! šŸ” Takoyaki Authentic octopus balls—golden and crispy outside, soft and chewy inside with big chunks of octopus! Drizzled with teriyaki sauce and mayo, topped with bonito flakes—just like the classic flavor we love! 🐚 Baked Green Mussel A unique dish! Fresh mussels topped with thick special sauce and baked until fragrant. The mussels were fresh, and the creamy sauce made it really special—great for adventurous eaters! 🄬 Seaweed Salad After all the fried food and sushi, this seaweed salad was refreshing! Crispy seaweed with a light sesame-vinegar dressing—very appetizing! šŸœ Tonkotsu Ramen The broth was rich and creamy—you can tell it’s slow-cooked pork bone soup! Warm and comforting. The noodles had perfect texture, and there was plenty of chashu—so satisfying! šŸ”„ Overall, the ingredients were super fresh, and the flavors were authentic! We went in right at 11:30 AM opening, and it was full within 10 minutes—people started lining up! Highly recommended! šŸ‘ Restaurant: Eat’s Sushi šŸ“ 1175 Baker St E25, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 #LosAngelesFood #IrvineEats #OrangeCountyFood #JapaneseCuisine #Sushi #FoodExploration #FoodReview #IrvineFoodDiscovery #CostaMesa #HiddenGem #FreshSushi #ComfortFood
