An Altadena Benefit Concert Takes Place On The First Anniversary Of The Eaton Canyon Fires – Featuring John C. Reilly, Mandy Moore, Brandon Flowers, & More
A community benefit show is headed to the Los Angeles neighborhood of Altadena on the first anniversary of the Eaton Canyon fires . With a stacked lineup, A Concert For Altadena will be hosted at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Academy Award nominee and Altadena resident John C. Reilly will host the event. Performers for the evening includeRufus Wainwright, Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, Lord Huron, Lucius, Dawes, Eric Krasno, Aloe Blacc, Brandon Flowers of The Killers, Judith Hill, Jenny Lewis, Mandy Moore, Brad Paisley, Stephen Stills, Everclear, and Ozomatl. Tickets are available online. Proceeds from the show will go to Altadena Builds Back Foundation for “long-term and equitable recovery of residential Altadena.” The Foundation began in the aftermath of the fire as a supporting organization of the Pasadena Community Foundation. Its focus is on the long-term recovery of housing in Altadena. “Our mission is to help lead and fund Altadena’s community-centered recovery, ensuring a just, equitable rebuilding process that prioritizes housing and those most affected by the Eaton Fire,” reads their website.
