Absolutely top-notch Mexican cuisine and service! It was our first visit, and we were even treated to a complimentary fajita tasting — absolutely delicious! The fluffy tortillas were fresh and crispy, and I can’t recommend the fajitas enough… simply perfect! 🥘 Any great Mexican restaurant knows that the chips have to be fresh — and The Quarry definitely delivered on that front. The salsa and spicy bean dip were equally flavorful and authentic. 🌶️🥑 A huge shout-out to our server Gabe and manager Jen K for their exceptional hospitality.
