An Experience That Surpasses the Quincy Location šāØ
Having visited the Quincy branch countless times, I found the Brookline location offers an even better experience! While they don't have my beloved cheung fun, their Braised Beef Brisket and Chinese Sausage Clay Pot Rice š² and Ginger Scallion Chicken š are absolutely worth a special trip - the rice crust is fragrant and crispy, the brisket is tender and fall-apart, the sausage is rich with wine aroma; the chicken is succulent and flavorful, with a sauce that's perfect with rice! The lunch special Poached Sliced Fish in Chili Oil š¶ļø was also a delightful surprise - the fish slices are tender and smooth, with a numbing spiciness that's incredibly fragrant, offering amazing value for money! š Brookline Location Highlights: š„ Clay pot rice made to order, with wonderfully crispy crust š Limited daily portion of ginger scallion chicken, incredibly juicy š¶ļø Unexpectedly authentic Sichuan dishes, full of mala flavor š« More comfortable environment and attentive service than Quincy While I missed the cheung fun, these new discoveries have convinced me to add this spot to my regular rotation!
