An Outstanding Dining Experience in Dallas

🍽️ My meal at St. Martin's Wine Bistro was easily the best dining experience I’ve had this year. From the service to the food, everything deserved a perfect 💯. 🍰 First, I highly recommend their foie gras—it’s genuinely made from duck liver! The texture is incredibly smooth and rich, served with a special fruit jam, almonds, and peaches. It’s absolutely irresistible! 🍸 Their escargot is also a must-try—each slot contains two snails! The sauce is flavorful and pairs perfectly with crispy bread. 🍊 They also serve bone marrow, pre-extracted for convenience! Just spread it like butter on bread—it’s incredibly satisfying . 🥯 For dessert, the soufflé requires a 30-minute advance order.
