Arcadia|The Derby – A Century-Old Steakhouse Near LA 🥩

Walking into this restaurant and seeing a sea of seasoned diners—you know it’s gonna be good! 👨🏻🦳👵🏻✨ Located near a horse ranch, the decor is classic American retro with lots of horse-racing touches. Rumor has it that after races, teams often come here to celebrate 🏇🎉. The 3-course meal price has gone up to $67 , but it’s still great value for the quality! We ordered the highly recommended Prime Rib (Medium Rare) – served perfectly pink and tender. So glad it wasn’t overpowered by heavy seasoning—the natural beef flavor really shone through! The Ribeye was also juicy and delicious 👍, though the New York Strip was a bit ordinary. Note: The 12oz steak is huge—most of us couldn’t finish and ended up taking half home! 🍖🐄 Heads-up: Skip the French Onion Soup—it’s way too salty 😅. But the Bread Pudding dessert was surprisingly not too sweet—highly recommend! Oh, and… all that holiday feasting? Totally worth it. Does beef even count as “gaining weight”? 😂🍽️ Have you been to The Derby? What’s your go-to steakhouse near LA?
