🌟If so, please let me know because they are just too delicious, ahhhhh! 📍Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar I used to be someone who was not at all interested in oysters or clams Because I really dislike that soft, “belly” texture But last time, for my boyfriend’s birthday, we tried them at Salty’s and I found them surprisingly delicious (I only love the small oysters) 🌟The waiter introduced them as being sourced from Taylor, suggesting we give it a try A quick search revealed it was close to home, so I made a beeline for it Highly recommend all the shellfish - oysters, mussels, and clams are all amazing Such a fresh seafood taste! As a native of Fuzhou, I’ve fallen hard, haha 🌟Tip: You can also buy them live to take home and cook Who understands the joy of clams that don’t need to be depurged, are super clean, and delicious? It’s now become our go-to “market” for shellfish, haha 🌟I often buy a pound or two of clams or mussels to take home for soup or to stir-fry Personally, I find it more convenient and fresher than any other supermarket!
