Hey everyone! This Friday, I went to Arlington to see a Linkin Park concert. Before the concert, I planned to grab a bite near Globe Life Field. To my surprise, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a ramen shop! Here’s the scoop: 📍 Itadaki Ramen 📍 🌟 Restaurant Overview The restaurant is just a less than 10-minute drive from Globe Life Field. Although the space is small, the environment is clean and cozy (o^^o). 🍜 Sapporo-Style Ramen (Spicy Miso) $16 Rating: 🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥 So yummy! The standout for me has to be the noodles. They remain perfectly chewy until the very last bite, never getting mushy. The broth is super rich, and the spicy miso is a bit spicier than I expected. If you’re not into spicy food, be cautious! ~(≧▽≦)/~ 🐙 Takoyaki (Octopus Balls) $8 Rating: 🐥 Juni Juni The outer skin is crispy, while the inside is soft and chewy. You can clearly taste the chunks of octopus. I’m giving it a thumbs up! ೭(˵ˉ̴͒̃ˉ̴͒˵) ౨ 👻 A Few More Words The owner is super friendly and often comes over to check if the food is to your liking. During our chat, I learned that they opened in April this year. Both the broth and ramen are imported from Japan, and it’s clear they put a lot of effort into their ingredients.
