Aroom — My Favorite Café in Seattle
The space is quite spacious and can seat many people. When I went at noon, sunlight poured in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and with the high ceilings, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. 🌕 What sets this location apart from the first one is that they serve hot food. The garlic squid pasta was incredibly delicious 😋—slightly spicy and reminiscent of the pasta I've had in Asia 🤣. The noodles were perfectly al dente, and it was packed with squid. However, the portion was quite small—maybe only about two-thirds to half the size of a typical pasta serving at an American restaurant 😅. Those with a bigger appetite might leave still feeling hungry. 🌗 Another dish I tried was the braised pork rib rice bowl, also on the smaller side. The ribs were well-marinated and seasoned, almost like Taiwanese-style braised pork ribs. But the triangular piece of herb-spiced bread served alongside was very dry and heavily spiced—honestly, I didn’t enjoy it at all 😅. 🌕 The coffee here is just as good as at their first location. My absolute favorite is the sesame latte. I’ve also tried most of their other offerings—like the nutty latte, egg coffee, and more—and they’re all absolutely delicious. 🌗 Parking is very expensive here! If possible, it’s best to come without a car or to carpool. #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattlediary#Seattleweekend#Seattlecoffee#coffee
